E. Cremesti BS, MS - President/CEO:
Mr. Cremesti
has over two years of experience in web development working for some
of the top companies in the Internet industry. He is experienced in
all aspects of the web development process: graphic design, branding,
animation, programming, marketing, indexing, management, hosting, data
base integaration, security, e-commerce. He has designed and implemented
numerous commercial websites both in Texas and California. He has designed
a myriad of web ads, digital art and logos. In addition, Mr Cremesti
has extensive experience and understanding of running small Internet
businesses. He has participated in the development of many small businesses
from inception to IPO or mergers. Mr. Cremesti holds a bachelors degree
in Chemistry from the American
University of Beirut, and an MS in Industrial Chemistry from the
University of North Texas. He speaks,
reads and writes english, french, bulgarian and arabic. Mr. Cremesti
is currently involved in developing major e-commerce sites (ex. ImmigrationInternational.com)
and developing several new Internet E-commerce startups with enormous
potential.

Mr. El-Abbadi
is President of Newport
Internet - A Web Development/Internet Consulting firm based in Newport
Beach, California. He has extensive experience (more than 3 years) running
small Internet start-ups. He took NewportBeach.com
from Internet limbo to a dynamic site that receives more than a million
hits a month. Mr. El-Abbadi's clients include: the Irvine Chamber of
Commerce, City of Laguna Beach, some of the finest hotels in Newport
Beach, NB Police Department, and many other important establishments.
Mr. El-Abbadi will be spearheading our media campaign and he will be
using his extensive experience in web development to develop our websites.

El-Zoghbi - VP Business Development
Mr. El-Zoghbi
is a professional money manager with World
Marketing Alliance. We will rely on his extensive contacts for securing
the funding necessary for our projects. He will also establish alliances
with the myriad of companies that will supply the products for our e-commerce
enterprises.

E. Cremesti Ph.D - Director of Brand Research & Development
Ms. Cremesti
serves as consultant for Cremesti.com. As resident in Manhattan, she
keeps cremesti.com up to date with all the latest trends in fashion
and design. Even though she is a cancer researcher at the Sloan
Kettering Memorial Cancer Research Institute, she is big into art,
music, fashion and interior design. We will rely on Ms. Cremesti's fine
taste to help us better meet the aesthetic of our customers and she
will help us better understand female psychology. Ms. Cremesti holds
a BS in Nutrition, and an MS in Food Technology from the American
University of Beirut and a Ph.D. in Biomedical Science from the
University of Rhode Island.

Mr. Banna
is a graduate student at the University
of Texas, Dallas majoring in Information Technology. He will be
working with us as a consultant for designing the backend databases
that power our e-commerce enterprises. He is on top of the latest technology
in Database Design: ORACLE, PowerBuilder, Cold Fusion, and MS SQL.
Samson
Massih BS - Senior Programmer
Mr. Massih
has more than three years experience in programming in C, C++, SQL,
Visual Basic, Delphi, UNIX, HTML, DHTML, XML, JavaScript, and JAVA.
He will be on our expert panel of programmers that will ensure the smooth
operation of our user friendly website.
